A: The process sequence is as follows:

Q: Do you provide a storyboard?

A: Our standard 2-week production does not include a storyboard. Instead, we use a Visual Description in text format as a storyboard. However, we can create a storyboard upon request.

Q: How many revisions are allowed?

A: Revisions are unlimited per stage. For example, you can revise the script as many times as needed during the scriptwriting stage. We only move to the next stage once you approve the current one. Please note that this may extend the project timeline.

Q: Is there an upfront payment?  

A: Yes, a 50% upfront payment is required before we start work.

Q: How is the delivery made?

A: We deliver the video via a Google Drive link. Additional charges apply if you request delivery on a CD or thumb drive. However, CDs are rarely used these days.
